What happens in the counsellor session?
The counsellor tier, at ₹3,500 inclusive of GST, is a 1:1 conversation where a Stride counsellor reads the report with your child, connects the five skill areas to school choices and habits, and sets a plan for the weakest area. The report shows where things stand; the session turns it into next steps.
Does this predict my child's future job, salary, or success?
No. It is an honest self-reflection of where future-ready skills stand today and what to build next. It does not predict jobs, income, or success, and it never labels a child.
How long is it and how many questions?
40 questions, about 15 minutes. It is an agree or disagree scale, so there is no time pressure and no wrong answer.
Is it scientific? How was it built?
It is a research-grounded self-reflection for growth, not a clinical test or a normed instrument. The five areas and their items are grounded in the World Economic Forum Future of Jobs skills taxonomy and widely used 21st-century-skills framing.
