CUET 2027 Marks Calculator and College Predictor

Each CUET subject paper has 50 compulsory questions. You get +5 marks for every correct answer, -1 for every wrong answer, and 0 for questions you leave unattempted. The maximum per subject is 250. This tool applies exactly that formula (source: NTA CUET UG 2025 Information Bulletin).

It depends on how much you can narrow down. Because a wrong answer costs you a mark while a blank costs nothing, blind guessing tends to pull your score down over a full paper. If you can confidently rule out two or three options, an educated guess is usually worth the risk. A pure shot in the dark is not, and leaving a question unattempted is a valid, deliberate strategy rather than a wasted one.

CUET scores are normalised shift-wise using an equipercentile method, and NTA does not publish a marks-to-percentile table. The same raw mark can map to different percentiles depending on which exam shift you sat, so no honest tool can convert raw marks into an exact percentile or rank. We show an indicative qualitative band instead, clearly labelled as such.

DU does not add your best 4 subjects blindly. For each course it uses an official CUET subject-combination rule: for most courses it is the higher of (1 language + your best 3 subjects) or (2 languages + your best 2). Some courses require a specific subject, for example Mathematics or Applied Maths for B.A. (Hons.) Economics and B.Sc (Hons.) Mathematics, or Mathematics/Applied Maths or Accountancy for B.Com (Hons.). If you did not take a required subject, you are simply shown as not eligible for that course rather than given a fabricated score. This tool applies each course real combination.

The marks calculator works for any CUET university. The college predictor currently covers the University of Delhi: it classifies your course-specific score against official DU CSAS cutoff scores (out of 1000) for 18 colleges across popular Arts, Commerce and Science courses, and also shows each course prior-year cutoff as a trend reference. DU allocates seats by a unique Common Rank with tie-breaking, not purely by score, so meeting a cutoff score does not guarantee a seat. Cutoffs change every round and every year. More CUET universities are being added.
