About the role
We are building the intelligence layer for how the next generation discovers who they are, experiences careers and decides what to become. As an AI Full Stack Developer Intern, you will build the products that make that real: conversational agents that understand a student’s context, pipelines that turn behavioural data into recommendations, and tools our counsellors and schools use every day.
You will not be handed a narrow ticket queue. You will own problems end to end, from a rough idea to something real users touch. When something does not exist yet, you may be the person expected to figure out how to build it.
You may work across
What you will do
- Ship AI-first features across our career intelligence platform, from prototype to production
- Build and refine RAG pipelines, agents and recommendation workflows
- Design APIs and data pipelines that connect assessments, dashboards and AI systems
- Experiment fast: test an idea in days, keep what works, kill what does not
- Use AI aggressively in your own workflow to build at 10x speed
What we are looking for
- You have already built something outside coursework: a repo, a bot, a product, an experiment
- You learn unusually fast and experiment before saying something cannot be done
- You are comfortable working independently in a remote team
- You care about what ultimately reaches the user, not just what compiles
