Vocational Interest (RIASEC)

Based on Holland Codes — maps interests across Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and Conventional types. Connects what students enjoy to career environments where they thrive.

Cognitive Aptitude

Measures verbal, numerical, spatial, and logical reasoning. Identifies natural cognitive strengths that predict success in specific career domains. Continuously refined with local student benchmark data.

Emotional Intelligence

Evaluates self-awareness, empathy, social skills, and emotional regulation. Built on established EQ frameworks, adapted for adolescent developmental stages and local cultural context.

Leadership Potential

Assesses decision-making, communication, team influence, and strategic thinking. Designed for students exploring management, entrepreneurship, and leadership career paths.

Learning Style

Identifies visual, auditory, reading/writing, and kinaesthetic preferences. Helps students optimise study strategies and choose educational formats that match how they learn best.
