What your typical workday looks like
Your day starts early with a briefing session to go over the flights and tasks for the shift. You might then head to the check-in counters to greet passengers, verify their tickets and IDs, and tag their luggage. Later, you could be at the boarding gate, scanning tickets and assisting passengers.
